It Network Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Network Administrator II to support technology equipment, applications, and assist users in their function while maintaining and deploying network infrastructure, to include computer systems, terminals, printers, LAN/wireless phones  and/or other technology peripherals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage deployments of network infrastructure
• Deploy, maintain, and support network infrastructure
• Support end users in day to day use of technology systems
• Install, support, and maintain technology systems
• Assist in auditing or tracking of technology systems
• Escalate issues to management or other technology personnel as needed
• Respond as directed in crises situations
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a IT related field or equivalent work experience
• Additional 3 to 5 years of work experience in a Network Administrator role
• Strong sense of customer service
• Strong desire to learn and general attention to detail
• 2 or more years of experience as a Computer Support Technician
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and general technical knowledge
• Ability to communicate at both technical and nontechnical levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other job specific tools
