What we do

TBEI, Inc. manufactures and installs dump bodies, dump trailers, and equipment. From fabricating raw steel to precise machining capabilities to welding and finish paint, TBEI provides customers with a “one-stop-shop for their complete dump truck/trailer needs. Dump bodies and other equipment are then installed and mounted onto truck chassis at one of our manufacturing facilities across the US or shipped to our distribution network.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

TBEI has a rare opportunity for a Network Administrator. This position will be located one of our facilities in Lake Crystal, MN, Houston, TX or Homewood, AL.

Responsibilities

Ensures the stable operation of the Company networks. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. The person will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training where required.

• Perform network design and capacity planning.
• Diagnose problems with network equipment and performs equipment repair or upgrades when appropriate.
• Install, configure, and maintain IPS/IDS, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Antimalware, etc. for maximum internal network protection.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
• Experience in customer service and support for 500+ users, plus 12 satellite offices
• Ability to utilize diagnostic tools, service aids, and other product information to resolve equipment failures
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Office 365
• Experience configuring and maintaining Cisco network hardware including switches and firewalls
• Experience with running CAT 5/6 and fiber cabling and installing new network drops when needed
• Experience handling network security issues (viruses, malware, social engineering)
• Associates degree in computer science, or related field (B.S. preferred)
• One industry certification (Net+, CCNA) (CCNP, CCIE).
• 3-5 years of networking experience, or a combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of Microsoft Azure support experience
• Operational knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application virtualization; Network and routing protocols; Windows Server and Azure Active Directory; Switch configuration and programming.
• Intermediate PowerShell experience.
• Ability to independently install software and hardware on networking equipment and computers.
• Familiarity with a variety of networking and personal computer software
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on servers, computers, and peripheral equipment.
• Ability to communicate information to end users, colleagues, and senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability and desire to work as a member of a team and as a team of one.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
