Working collaboratively with the Senior Vice President of People Operations, the National Director, Talent Acquisition, will
- Responsible for the development and implantation of the overall organizational Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develops and continually evolves best practices in the sourcing, recruitment and selection of high quality employees in support of the Devereux mission
- Oversee and manage a national recruitment budget
- Owner of overall national sourcing plan partners/tools
- Skill with effective contract negotiation/management (iCIMS, job boards, social media advertising/strategy etc.)
- Provides expert consultation to local recruitment teams to increase effectiveness and recruitment results
- As the national recruitment Lead, train & guide 30+ recruiters/teams across the organization
- Directly manages the National Specialty Recruitment Team (4 direct reports)
- Ensures a metric driven approach to assess and evaluate Talent Acquisition performance
- Stay current with recruitment and industry trends, and emerging recruitment techniques and tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree and/or Human Resources/Recruitment certification preferred.
- Minimum of six (6) years of full cycle, high-volume recruitment.
- Experience in a multi-site organization, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience leading/managing a recruitment function.
- Experience working in a behavioral healthcare/healthcare environment is preferred.
- Change management skills required with the demonstrated ability to translate strategic recruitment goals into action through influence and collaboration.
- Requires excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in iCIMS a plus
