Your Key Skills
Ability to use existing systems to develop data collection, compilation, analysis, and reporting strategies for CMS's Merit-Based Incentive Payment System, to ensure accurate and timely submission of data.
Configure, test, and implement system changes, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs and provides required data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze workflows and design solutions for performance improvement methodology.
Provide ongoing support and education as it relates to MIPS to practice managers, physicians, APPs and team members.
Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization, process improvement, and reporting strategy.
Stay up-to-date, review, and keep track of all new developments and government/regulatory requirements for MIPS as applicable to One GI's practices.
Develop best practices to support successful execution of organization's quality initiatives.
Validate quality data is captured appropriately and reported accurately.

Must Haves
Bachelor's Degree required; Masters preferred.
Have led or was an integral part of MACRA/MIPS quality team.
Three to five years of progressive growth and responsibility in healthcare quality standards and regulatory reporting that demonstrates a high level of understanding of the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System.
Ability to articulate process improvement initiatives and rally support from senior management, team members and physicians.
