Office/Clerical - Quality Improvement

SCOPE OF POSITION
Position is responsible for: •conducting analysis, trending and data mining large sets of data, •developing accurate and consistent methods of aggregating and reporting quality monitoring data. •providing support to hospital leaders and staff for continuous quality improvement processes specifically assisting with graphic presentations and data collection building. •collaborating with IT for reports that provide accurate, validated data •data management and oversight that supports physician ongoing performance reviews, assuring timely scorecard completion and presentation to appropriate medical staff, and assisting with data drill downs as needed •developing and maintaining proficiency (seen as “expert”) for hospital applications (software, data) that serve Ballad Health for quality reporting. •recognizing , investigating and resolving data discrepancies and anomalies •perform general secretarial and clerical functions as required or needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Graduate or Associate Level degree with focus in data base and/or information technology- preferred Medical Terminology -preferred
