- Schedule patient appointments using various scheduling software such as eClinicalWorks, Eaglesoft, Epic, Dentrix, etc.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure proper scheduling and allocation of resources
- Verify patient insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments and scheduling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to optimize office workflow
- Assist with other front desk duties as needed
```Skills:```
- Proficiency in using scheduling software such as eClinicalWorks, Eaglesoft, Epic, Dentrix, etc.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
