Job Description
Our Plastic Surgery Practice is seeking a mature Part-time Medical Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional customer service and organizational skills, the ability to check off to-do lists and the mindset that no task is too big or too small. Must be flexible with days and hours. Duties will include: answering multiple phone lines, emails, scheduling appointments, filing charts, collecting payments, stocking rooms and handling a large amount of daily leads etc.
Responsibilities:
- Greet/speak with clients with a warm, friendly, demeanor
- Managing check-in/check-out procedures for all patients
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and in person
- Provide exceptional service - build relationships with clientele
- Possess strong understanding and knowledge of all procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and ambiance
- Maintain clear communication with management about operations
Requirements:
- Must be flexible with Days and Hours (20hrs weekly) Extra if coverage is needed
- 4++ Years of medical office experience
- A “no job too small” entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Able to adhere to our Office protocols and policies
- Teamwork oriented mindset with a “can do” attitude
- Flexibility, dependability, punctuality, and able to show empathy
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Able to maintain professionalism in the workplace
