Salary```Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Scribe to join our team. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for assisting healthcare providers with documentation and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of medical terminology and excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Accurately document patient encounters, including medical history, physical examinations, and treatment plans
- Transcribe and enter medical data into electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or
- Assist healthcare providers with medical administrative support tasks
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Retrieve and update patient medical records as needed
- Prepare and organize medical charts for patient visits
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Eaglesoft
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

Pay: $18.45 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
