The front desk at TSMG holds the extremely high responsibility of being the first and last impression for our patients. Enhancing the patient experience is our number one priority!
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Exhibiting exemplary customer service and assisting patients with any needs
- Checking patients in and out
- Answering phones
- Entering patient demographic and case information into Prompt EMR
- Scheduling
- Collecting and entering time of service payments
- Follow up duties including calling outstanding referrals, patients that have products to be dispensed, etc.
- Processing medical records requests, other data collection and report preparation duties as needed.
- Other tasks deemed appropriate
Hours are M-F with two shift options - 7am-4pm and 930am-630pm - these shifts are decided on between both receptionists and can vary each week. Two Saturday's (8am-3pm) required per month, with a corresponding day off in the next week.
Qualifications:
Be punctual, dependable, with good communication skills, take pleasure and satisfaction in doing a great job.
Healthcare receptionist experience a plus. EMR software a plus. Competitive pay and full benefits available (if full time).
