About Our Company: We are an outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Fountain Valley and Irvine seeking a highly motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our practice. RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be the in the front of the company, working with patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patients healthcare needs.
Office open from ~8-5 pm M-F. Willing to be flexible for part time employees
Data Entry, Filing, Faxing, Typing, knowledge EMR/EHR is plus
Answering patient questions regarding procedures
Assisting the back office as needed. Medical Assistant certification is plus, but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
