Medical Receptionist (Spanish Speaking)

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily patient schedule
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients
- Verify insurance coverage
- Collect patient information, update medical records, and maintain confidentiality
- Manage patient check-in and check-out process efficiently
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Requirements:
- Spanish speaking required
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using office equipment (e.g., computers, printers, fax machines)

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
