Salary1. Greets patients and customers that enter the building in a friendly, professional and timely manner.
2. Directs patient traffic to each Check-In, MRI or other departments as appropriate.
3. Works cooperatively with other members of SCOI
4. Efficiently and effectively scans patient records and maintains HIPAA compliance
5. Coordinates patient medical records
6. Provides clerical support to members of SCOI
7. Resolves patient issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience
8. Receives, sorts and delivers incoming mail, packages, etc.
9. Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
