Center City law firm looking for an Associate Attorney to join our practice. We are hiring for an Associate Attorney to assist in personal injury matters. We are looking for a great communicator, eager to learn and help injury victims. Our firm proudly serves the greater Philadelphia area. We will train the right candidate.
In addition to base salary we offer paid time off, company sponsored health insurance, commission and profit sharing.
Associate Attorney Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with every phase of litigation from drafting complaints, drafting discovery requests, responding to discovery requests, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine and others
• Attend depositions, arbitrations, case management conferences, settlement conferences, EUO's, and others
• Prepare demands and negotiate settlements
• Perform legal research on novel legal issues
• Client communication as needed

Associate Attorney Requirements and Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail
