Salary**Part time only 8:30am-4:30pm: 2-3 days; looking to fill one more position available**
As a Medical Receptionist you will be responsible for supporting efficient operation of the medical office for a cardiologist and endocrinologist. You are expected to accomplish a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Check patients in/out, scheduling
- Answer phone calls and take messages in a timely manner
- Organizing charts
- Fax forms and memos
Skills
- Self-motivation to complete tasks that need to be done during business hours
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
