Medical Receptionist Check-In/Out

We are looking for someone with a great personality, positive attitude, team player and reliable. The position is for a check in/check out receptionist. You are one of the first persons our patients meet, so exceptional customer service is required.

Requirements:

• Bilingual English & Spanish is a must
• Must be computer proficient

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant Certificate
• Previous Medical Office Experience
• CPR certified

Job Functions:

• Checking in/out patients
• Schedule appointments
• Collecting co-pays
• Updating demographics
• Scanning in new patient paperwork, release forms, and insurance cards.
• Answering phone calls, calling patients to confirm appointments, and rescheduling appointments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
