Job description

Part-time Medical Receptionist/Scheduler needed for our fast-paced medical practice in our Skillman location with possible coverage in other locations. No weekends.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet incoming patients in a professional and timely manner
• Work together in a team environment
• Verify and update patient’s demographic, insurance, and medical information
• Collect patient’s co-payments and outstanding balances
• Answer multi-line telephone system with friendly caring tone
• Schedule appointments with accuracy and detail for up to 6 doctors and 4 locations
• Pull, review, and file patients’ medical records
• Fax, scan, and upload patient documents into Electronic Medical Records
• Coordinate satellite office deliveries via staff members
• Assist in opening and closing facility in proper manner
