Our goal is to provided quality, individualized trauma-informed therapeutic services to adolescents and adults. .
We are hiring a highly dedicated and compassionate LLMSW/LMSW clinical social worker to join our growing private practice as a contractual therapist. As a contractual therapist, you are responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing interventions to support client growth and empowerment. Your expertise and advocacy skills will help address the unique challenges faced by these populations, foster resilience, and promote recovery.
As a contractual therapist you will determine your caseload and hours that you are available to see clients.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited university.
2. Valid licensure as an LLMSW or LMSW in Michigan.
3. Experience working with marginalized populations, including but not limited to individuals experiencing homelessness, LGBTQ+ individuals, racial and ethnic minorities, and individuals impacted by poverty.
4. Knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and their intersection with substance use disorders and trauma.
5. Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and the ability to provide culturally sensitive services that respect and honor diverse backgrounds and experiences.
6. Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and case management skills, with the ability to formulate and implement effective treatment plans.Compensation: We offer a 60-70% split depending on licensure and experience.
