The employee will be required to complete daily tasks and responsibilities. They will also be required to work in both office locations, Glen Cove and Walnut Creek.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering Patient calls - Appointment related
- Confirming patient appointments
- Listening to voicemails
- Returning Patient calls
- Checking in and out patients in the office
- Confirming patient information is correct
- Confirming patient insurance
- Scanning Patient State ID and Insurance cards
- Calling patients to confirm appointments the day prior
- Collecting patient copays and fees
Daily Responsibilities
- Confirming all next day appointments on all clinic schedules and confirming in Epic
- Calling back all voicemails left that day
- Completing Copay sheet for all fees collected that day and giving to Office Manager
- Distributing 8x8 messages with detailed information from voicemails received to the correct staff member
- Checking out all appointments in Epic system

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
