Experienced Medical Receptionist needed for busy, elegant Uptown New Orleans Medical practice.
Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with medical staff and manage office communications
- Answer phones, obtain intake information, and schedule patient appointments
- Manage the reception area and provide office guests with a hospitable experience
Qualifications
- Must have at least high school diploma
- MUST have at least one year of recent experience in a reception or administrative capacity
- MUST have at least one year of recent experience in a medical office environment (hospital, doctor's office, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly personality, with professional and courteous customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and data entry
- Proficient with the internet and online systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Compensation is competitive and depends on qualifications.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
