Front Desk Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist with great organizational skills, who can perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and works well with others. You will coordinate Front Desk activities, greet and welcome guests, as well as answer multi phone lines. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position

Resonsibilities

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
• Scheduling & Confirming Appointments
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Filing & pulling charts daily
• Checking insurance eligibility
• Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and emailing

Skills

• Ability to type 60wpm
• Professional attitude and appearance

• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• High school degree with 2 years clerical/Front Desk experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
