Form of workThis is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.
This is a hybrid position with the office located in Spring, Texas (Houston, TX metro area).
Hybrid work means you are willing to commit to working at least three days per week in the office. Because this position is considered an "executive position" within our company, it may require 4 days in the office.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Formal education in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Understanding of various goal-setting products in the industry
- Personal use of the CWM product line strongly preferred
- 2+ years of marketing experience preferred
- Understanding of basic Christian theology
- Ability to help people accomplish big goals by setting smaller, daily goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 5+ years of management experience, preferablyin a senior management position.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the role of an Integrator for Cultivate What Matters (reference, Traction, by Gino Wickman)
- Build organizational structure internally through systems, process, and product development.
- Work cross departmentally within our multi-brand enterprise on projects and products.
- Work cross departmentally with supply chain, finance, and digital media to ensure success of deadlines.
- As Cultivate is a subsidiary of The Daily Grace Co., you will work closely with the Leadership Team of TDGC to ensure enterprise-wide cohesion both with internal policies and external communication.
- Lead the team of Cultivate employees through weekly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Lead all Cultivate specific meetings, strategize annual initiatives for growth, and implement the strategy.
- Report all KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure we are achieving our desired benchmarks.
- Work closely with the President and CEO to select projects and brainstorm resource ideas
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary for this position is $120,000-145,000 based on education and experience
