Medical Receptionist

Advocare Pediatrics serves families with state-of-the-art care for children from birth through young adulthood. Established in 1978, we take pride in delivering pediatric care that is prompt, attentive, and personalized to meet your family’s needs. Our team includes four board-certified pediatricians, a pediatric nurse practitioner, and nursing and office staff all dedicated to making you and your children feel welcome and comfortable in our office.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience working in a medical (preferably pediatrics) office, especially doing front desk work. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients when they come into the office, checking patients in and out, answering phones, and making appointments with an EMR system.
• Ability to work well with others and strong interpersonal skills are essential!
• All potential employees must pass a background check.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to three years of related healthcare or medical office experience preferred
• Previous customer service background
• Previous eCW experience preferred

Schedule:

• Flexible Monday to Friday and evening availability scheduling
• Occasional weekend/evening availability
• Part-time/Full-time
