Medical Receptionist

Join our team at Dermatology of Seattle & Bellevue, a trusted provider of top-quality medical and aesthetic services in the Burien & Bellevue areas for over 26 years. We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to become a valued member of our practice, renowned for our expertise in Mohs and other advanced dermatological surgeries, cutting-edge phototherapy and laser services, Botox and fillers, lab services, and a fully equipped Medi-Spa.

This full-time opportunity requires your presence Monday to Friday, where you will be the welcoming face of our practice and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Warmly greeting patients and guests both in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy.
• Providing accurate information on schedules and services, responding to inquiries, and efficiently managing messages.
• Efficiently managing patient check-ins, registrations, and scheduling using our practice management system.
• Ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks by handling documents, mail, and appointment confirmations.
• Collaborating with various departments to support the seamless operation of our clinic.
• Proactively reaching out to patients regarding overdue balances to maintain financial integrity.
