We are a boutique Plastic Surgery company looking for a SUPERSTAR office manager that can manage front office, marketing, surgery sales, surgery coordinating, and operating room. Medical office management experience of some sort for at least 2 years is REQUIRED. Must love sales and must be self-initiating as limited training will be provided. Nurses who want to transition to a more administrative role are welcome to apply. Our pay is very generous. Base of 60K-80K depending on experience. And bonus of 10-30K depending on performance.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Medical Practice. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing all administrative and operational aspects of the practice to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. This is a key leadership role that requires strong managerial skills and a deep understanding of medical office management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medical Practice, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring smooth workflow
- Implement and maintain efficient office policies and procedures to optimize productivity and patient satisfaction
- Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance and patient outcomes
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as insurance companies and vendors, to facilitate smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical office management systems

Requirements:
