The Practice Manager plays a crucial leadership role, overseeing employees, operations, and management at our medical spa facility. This position demands a blend of strong people and process management skills to ensure exceptional service delivery and patient care.
As a key figure in our organization, the Practice Manager supervises the facility's operations to guarantee high-quality services and patient care while maximizing the practice’s financial performance. Collaborating with the executive management team, they develop strategic plans, drive revenue growth, and uphold industry regulations. Additionally, they foster a positive work environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and staff morale.
Responsibilities include operations management, strategic planning, team leadership, budget and finance management, and promoting a high-performance culture that aligns with our values. The Practice Manager conducts effective 1:1 and team meetings to enhance performance and cultivates a positive mindset within their team.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Develop, implement, enforce policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health standards, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize workflow and enhance customer experience.
- Understand and monitor operational capacity
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and objectives for the medical spa.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative strategies to stay competitive.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional service and patient satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs for staff development.
- Ensure the practice culture is satisfactory based on employee surveys
- Organize staff outings, and other team building activities
- Conduct regular staff meetings
- Recruit, interview, probationary period assessment, annual reviews
- Impose displinary action as needed
- Ensure employees are treated with respect and dignity, but also set approriate expectations and accountability
Budget and Financial Management:
- Manage annual budgets, closely monitoring revenue, expenses, and financial indicators.
- Implement cost-effective measures to optimize resources and maximize profitability.
- Analyze financial reports, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Determine profitability, revenue per hour and gross profit for the practice and each provider
- Supplies and inventory management
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and service, exceeding their expectations.
- Address customer feedback, concerns, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain customer loyalty programs to enhance patient retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) Requirement may be waived for candidates with exceptional industry experience.
- 3 years of strong operational leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of customer service principles and patient-centric care.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and goal setting.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in google suite or Microsoft excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
