Job Description
The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, finance and growth of the Practice. This role will involve actively engaging with employees, clients and business partners of the Practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse team, coordinating client services, discussing financial matters, optimizing operational efficiency and driving growth.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a healthcare setting (Medical, Dental, Surgical, Med Spa, etc.). Supervisory and leadership experience are required. A Masters degree is preferred, but not required.

The Practice Manager will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
Daily Operations
- Implement initiatives to enhance overall client experience and client satisfaction
- Ensure office appropriately stocked with all medical and administrative supplies
- Facilitate office workflow, including client check in, check out, scheduling
- Oversee scheduling, billing and EMR management
- Monitor incoming practice communication via phone, text, email
- Ensure practice compliance (e.g. NY State, FDA, DEA, CLIA, etc.)
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training and dismissal of employees
- Approve and document all employee PTO
- Ensure employee compliance (e.g. licensure, malpractice, HIPAA, etc.)
- Address and resolve issues or challenges as they arise throughout the day
- Serve as a leader for all employees, in-office and virtual
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration and employee engagement
- Streamline and innovate existing systems and workflows
- Maintain awareness of business operations to minimize interruptions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff members to support their professional development
Finance
- Invoice all services and products
- Ensure payment for all invoices
- Drive Membership sales, both individuals and corporate accounts
- Run payroll twice monthly and as needed
- Discuss salaries, bonuses
- Create P&L statements
- Create expense reports
- Analyze business reports to create recommendations to meet or exceed goals
- Review and categorize all business expenses (QuickBooks)
- Strategize about expense minimization
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain favorable pricing for medical and non-medical supplies, products and equipment
Growth
- Innovate and implement workflows, both administrative and medical
- Strategize about avenues for expansion, including creation of financial models and plans of action
- Plan and execute quarterly growth meetings with the team
- Drive existing business partnerships
- Develop new business partnerships
- Perform research at the direction of Dr. Kibert

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
