SalaryBusy Primary Care office is seeking an office manager to manage its day-to-day operations.
Duties include: Establishing and implementing effective workplace procedures, ensure policy and best practices are up to standards, hiring, train and monitor administrative staff, organize patient records using EHR, supervise daily practice operations such as scheduling, billing and collections, monitor inventory for medications and medical equipment, interact with patients addressing their issues, coordinate regular staff meetings, performance reviews and collaborate with physicians to develop business and patient service strategies.
Candidates with prior experience are strongly preferred and experience with EClinicalWorks is a huge plus. Experience with ACO's, value based systems is a major plus.
