SalarySole Practitioners office looking for an experienced and friendly Entry Level Medical Office Secretary/Specialist to join our team. Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering, triaging, and directing incoming phone calls.
- Scheduling, check in, and confirmation of patient appointments.
- Collection of patient and/or insurance responsibilities.
- Patient registration and data entry.
- Ensures all patient information is kept secure and confidential..
Required Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment/office
- Must be computer savvy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
