Job Description
Perform a variety of Front Desk activities to assist practice to provide quality care, answering phones with the ability to access patient needs in a quick manner, making and confirming appointments and ensure all forms are completed by patient and ready for visits. Performs pre-visit planning to predict needs of patients before arrival time. Clear and concise communication is a must. Complete both incoming and outgoing medical record(s) electronically in a timely manner, and process mail. Follow up skills and healthcare vocabulary a must.
