Part-Time Medical Office Front Desk

Busy pediatric office located in North Raleigh is seeking a Part-Time (20-28hrs/wk) Front Desk team member. Job responsibilities may include patient check-in and check-out, insurance verification, collecting copays and balances due, scheduling appointments, and other various office duties. Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service skills, a general knowledge of computers, the ability to multi-task, and a high regard for team work and professionalism. Previous Medical Office experience is preferred. Must be available to work M-F from 8 am - 5 pm, and open to the possibility of covering some weekends and late stay hours.
