Medical Office Front Desk Associate

Blue Ridge Dermatology is seeking a customer service oriented team player to join our growing team. This position will perform check in/check out duties at our independent practice's Raleigh or Cary office.

Duties include (but may not be limited to): patient check in and out, virtual check in, insurance verification, collecting copays and balances, answering phones, scheduling appointments, responding to online patient inquiries, delivering excellent customer service both in person and on the telephone.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to be a team player are musts . Two years of Medical Office receptionist experience, including insurance verification, is required. Experience in Dermatology is preferred, but not required.

We offer a competitive pay rate, based on experience. Full time position includes a benefit package (including health, dental, vision) after satisfactory completion of a 90 day probationary period.
