Fast-paced and dynamic chiropractic office is looking for someone with a passion for providing outstanding customer service to fill the role of Medical Office Assistant/Front Office Coordinator. Job Responsibilities

In the combined role of Medical Office Assistant/Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing general office duties, including scheduling appointments, filing, and providing information to patients over the phone and during office visits.

Some specific responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking patients in a fast-paced medical office
• Answering telephones and responding appropriately to client calls and inquiries
• Collecting patient balances and all necessary healthcare insurance information and paperwork
• Scheduling patient appointments and helping to keep patients on their treatment plans
• Assisting the doctor and controlling the flow of the patients in the office
• Making chart notes and treatment notes for the doctor
• Teaching the patients how to use modalities
• Teaching patients therapeutic exercises
• Administering modalities
• Administering the K-Laser*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Experience:

• Medical receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
• Medical assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
