Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the lead audiologist, managing patient records, and providing exceptional patient service.

Duties:
- Provide medical administrative support to lead audiologist
- Assist with patient check-ins, including verifying personal information and insurance details
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Prepare examination rooms for patient visits
- Code and file medical records accurately
- Provide excellent patient service, including answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance as needed
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow and quality patient care
