Job Title:Kitchen Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in all kitchen operations, including breakfast, restaurant, and banquets. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining high brand standards. The Kitchen Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding the quality of our culinary offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including breakfast, banquets and restaurant.
2. Cover open shifts as needed to ensure smooth operations of the kitchen.
3. Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and placing orders to maintain par levels.
4. Work closely with the culinary team to ensure adherence to brand standards and quality control measures.
5. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training and support as needed.
6. Assist in scheduling kitchen staff according to business needs and labor budgets.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
8. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement efficient operational procedures.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including equipment maintenance and sanitation.
10. Assist with menu planning and execution, ensuring consistency and quality in all culinary offerings.
