MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT - NEW ROCHELLE, NY

Seeking a Medical Office Assistant for our Ketamine Treatment Center office in New Rochelle, New York.

In this role, you will manage front office functions such as patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, answering phones and tracking billing, payments and medical records, as well as tracking and responding to ongoing prospective patient inquiries.

Competitive Pay: $52,000 / yr base salary, plus quarterly and year end bonuses for total compensation of up to $60,000. Pleasant and supportive work environment. Matching 401(k); we do not currently offer health insurance benefits.

Qualifications: We are open to applicants with excellent communication skills (both orally and in writing), strong work ethic, and at least 1-2 years administrative experience in a Medical Office setting.
