We are seeking a Medical Office Assistant with experience in bariatrics to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the medical staff, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling patient nutrition counseling. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, an understanding of patient care, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient intake and registration.
- Greet patients and answer phones in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
- Provide information about bariatric procedures to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
