Beyond The Box Solutions is a software development consulting & IT services company that provides services geared towards pre-seed and seed round startups. Through our provision of services such as software development, business development support, recruiting assistance, fundraising assistance, and more, we are a founder’s one-stop-shop to success. We are looking for a social media marketer to work on our business development team.
As a Sales Analyst, you will be focused on driving company success by identifying and securing new clients for Beyond The Box. Through client acquisition, relationship building, and contribution to the growth of our service offerings, you will be a key player in shaping our startup’s future and be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
Qualifications Currently pursuing or completed a degree in communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, business is preferred, but not required. A willingness to embrace innovation and a passion for our industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. A passion for building relationships and driving change.
Responsibilities/Tasks Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients, partners, and collaborations. Utilize various methods, including cold outreach, networking, industry events, and online research.
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within our defined market. Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calls, emails, networking events, and online research to initiate contact.
Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and pain points of each client. Consult with them to identify how our services can provide value and solutions to their problems.
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our services and how they benefit clients. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals. Regularly report on your sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.

Compensation Part-time or contract based role that will be paid an hourly rate of $10-15/hour with a sales commission.
