Job Description
Our facility has an immediate opening for medical Office Representative for a BUSY urology practice in Glendale. Must be willing to take on administrative duties as assigned. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5. Our company offers benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k.

- Check-in and Check-out
- Answers incoming calls
- Schedules appointments
- Patient Chart Prep
- Scanning Medical Records
Qualifications and skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- Handle a high volume of calls
- Dependable, Punctual
- Spanish speaking a plus
