Medical Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a mature, highly motivated and energetic full-time front desk receptionist. A strong candidate would possess good communication skills, the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently.

Duties include:

· Check in/out

· Schedule appointments

· Collect balance due, copays and deductibles

· Insurance verification

· Update patient information, collecting ID’s and insurance cards

· Scan and import patient information

· Other duties as assigned

Occasional travel to other offices required.

Occasional (once every 2 months) Saturday shift.

Nextgen experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
