```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome patients or clients as they arrive at the Front Desk
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient or client information and update records in the system
- Collect payments and process insurance claims
- Provide administrative support to medical or dental staff as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working in a medical office is required
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of electronic medical records systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
