Medical Front Desk Specialist

Edelstein & Bustamante MD's PA, based in Miami-Dade County, Florida is seeking to hire an experienced Medical Front Desk Specialist to join our team. We are a busy Medical Office who have been in practice for over 35 years, looking for a highly qualified Front Desk Specialist person to work full-time Monday - Friday (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). The qualified applicant will be responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Check-in

**Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner**

**Receive and relay messages electronically and verbally**

**Schedule appointments**

**Assist with bringing in patients to their room and taking their vital signs**

**Data Entry**

**Scanning**

**Send medical records to doctors offices and insurance companies**

**Be able to multi-task**

**Assist with refilling medications**

**Insurance Verification**

**Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical office preferred, bilingual and billing experience is a plus**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
