SalaryPart-time Legal Secretary needed to assist several attorneys. Responsibilities include: assist in preparation of legal documents, organize and maintain legal files, answer telephones, transcribe dictations, communicate with clients and schedule appointments, review medical records, data input, prepare and file legal documents with the appropriate courts and or agencies, exhibit preparation, draft correspondence, calendar maintenance and the ability to learn how to use inheritance tax return software. Skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, proficient phone etiquette, strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft word and Microsoft Outlook, strong organizational skills and ability to learn new information efficiently. Being a notary is preferred but not a requirement.
Part-time hourly pay will be based upon experience. Work will be based at a suburban law firm located in Monroeville, PA. Work is in-person at the office. Free parking. Opportunity to advance to full-time depending on circumstances. Please submit your resume to: mallory@attorneygold.com
