Job Overview:
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional atmosphere in the reception area
- Manage a high volume telephone system, retrieve messages from voice-mail and take messages for staff
- Handle scheduling and shipment processing
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality pertaining to clients, families, and other sensitive information
- Update various spreadsheets and documentation
- Support other departments as needed
