Medical Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist, for our Murfreesboro office. We need someone who is a fast learner, friendly, and has patience. The right candidate will be reliable and responsible to work days scheduled . The right candidate will be comfortable working with a team or alone.

Responsibilities:

Greet all patients in caring and friendly manner.

Schedule all referrals.

Check patients in and out.

Check Insurance eligibility on all patients.

Collect all co pays and balances due on date of service.

Balance register at the end of the day.

Answer phones in a professional and polite manner.

Write all messages in a concise manner.

All callbacks must be done at the end of the day.

Some medical office experience is prefer but not necessary.

We can train the right candidate.
