Hiring FOH Manager.

- Floor management shifts, must be available nights and weekends
- Daily sales accounting and tip pool completion - experience with spreadsheets a plus
- Ensure guest satisfaction through table touching, responding to emails and customer reviews
- Menu printing and editing, experience with Adobe illustrator a plus, strong attention to detail including spelling and grammar required
- Experience with Italian food and wine a plus
- Programming Toast POS keeping up with new menu items
- FOH scheduling using 7shifts
- Biweekly payroll entry, ensuring punch times and tips are entered correctly
- Interviewing, hiring, and training new FOH staff when necessary
