POSITION: FRONT DESK MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

SALARY: $17.00 PER/HR

EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: GED, HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, COLLEGE, CERTIFICATION

WHAT DO WE DO AT DRAGONFLY? We provide substance use treatment, primary care services and counseling.

ABOUT US: WE ARE A TEAM OF PHYSICIANS, NURSE PRACTITIONER, PSYCHOLOGISTS, NURSE, A LAB TECH AND FRONT DESK STAFF.

Duties:

• Check in patients at Front Desk
• Verify Insurance for patients
• Call pharmacies
• File patient information
• Answer phones
• Document using EMR
• Collaborate with laboratory
• Accept patient payments
• Assist in lab when needed for urine drug screens
• Assist in nightly cleaning of front office

WORK SCHEDULE: P/T (Tue, Wed, Sat or Wed, Thur, Sat) F/T (Tue-Sat)

• A person who is able to work 15-20 hours per week

Sunday and Monday we are CLOSED

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

Pass a Criminal Background Check
