Eastern Virginia Ear, Nose & ThroatSpecialists is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead or Front desk for our newly developing FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center.
Our ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about helping patients achieve their goals on a personal level, and possess a minimum of 2 years with the following job skills:
Experience with referrals (physician to physician and insurance)
Experience Scheduling & Obtaining Authorizations a must
Knowledge of billing and working with insurance companies
Medical terminology
Knowledge of health insurance benefits to assist patients in understating costs associated with services.
Confident in decision making.
Ability to work independently.
Available for hours 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. to accommodate workflows & patient schedules.
Minimum of 2 years Front Desk in a medical practice a must.
