Position: Medical Call Center/ Customer Service Representative (Local-REMOTE)
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Duration: 3-6 months+ Contract with high possibility with extension/ conversion FTE!!!
Pay rate: $18.46/hr on W2
Note:
•**Work Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday [Candidate MUST be available to work any day of the week]
•**Work timing: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm CST
•**The training will be ONSITE at Fort Worth, TX office– after training work location will be remote.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- 1-3 years of contact center experience, Customer Service skills, multitasking skills, computer skills, self-motivated
- Responsible for handling inbound calls from pharmacies, vendors, pharmaceutical sales and insurance company inquiries, which involves researching and resolving issues of non-technical nature.
- This includes documentation calls, communicating new product service offerings and escalating critical complex issues to next level of support.
- Calls are handled with accuracy while meeting department and individual performance goals. Integrate and practice the Client Shares Principles of Integrity, Customer Centered, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (ICARE)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $18.46 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
