Position: Medical – Call Center/ Customer Service Rep **
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 6 months+ temp-to-hire!!!
Pay rate: $17/ hr

•* *This role is Onsite only.
•* *Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
•* *Training - 6-8 weeks onsite
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service Center
- High school graduate or equivalent
- MS Office knowledge and experience
- Type 40-50 wpm
- This position is a Key Position within the team who is responsible for answering the phones, providing communication to health care providers, patients and other internal customers. They are responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient initial and refill shipments.

- Strong telephone skills
- Answers incoming phone calls and provides necessary information
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
