A leading surgical center with locations all throughout the Fort Worth area is looking for dedicated Bilingual? Call Center Representatives to join their Keller location Call Center team.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role.
The work you do will help ensure that people in the community not only get the support they need but have an excellent customer experience!
And unlike other Call Center roles, this one offers a steady Monday to Friday schedule, with weekends off!

Call Center Representative Job Duties:
- Manage incoming calls and Answer questions
- Create patient charts and update patient demographics when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling and billing
- Triage phone requests to other departments as needed
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Call Center Representative Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- 1+ years of recent high-volume Call Center experience
- Experience in a medical or insurance industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- **Bonus points if you know Electronic Medical Record systems
Pay: $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience
